Description
On 31 December 2017, a light aircraft configured as a floatplane veers off course and crashes into Jerusalem Bay off Cowan Creek, on the northern outskirts of Sydney, Australia, shortly after take-off. All 6 people on board, including businessman Richard Cousins, are killed.
