Description
On 13 August 2004, Air Tahoma Flight 185 crashes into a golf course in Florence, Kentucky, after suffering a fuel starvation. The first officer is killed, but the captain survives with minor injuries. The investigation found that the pilots did not follow the fuel crossfeed procedures.
